5 WWE Directions From SummerSlam To Survivor Series

With Summerslam over, wwe is now marking their end through the year with the last ppv of their top five PPV Events Survivor Series 2015. The Other Four Being Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania, Money In the Bank, SummerSlam.

Survivor Series is traditionally a minefield of critical and commercial disappointment, with past years being a snooze-fest before creative start to think towards WrestleMania.

Survivor Series will take place on November 22, 2015 at Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. Survivor Series 2015 will be the twenty-ninth event under the Survivor Series chronology. It will be the first Survivor Series to take place in Georgia.

So here we will be talking about the best 5 directions for WWE for moving forward from SummerSlam to Survivor Series which could eventually set up some big matches for the next year Wrestlemania 32 ppv.

5. Sheamus As WWE Champion

While Seth Rollins is enjoying his long run as the WWE Champion, he might not be making it to Survivor Series as the WWE Champion. Sheamus cashing in is looming large and whether it is raw, Night of Champions or the Hell in a Call PPV he might cash in.

It makes sense WWE switch things up soon, providing Raw and the Network specials with some impetus. Plus, it isn’t as if Sheamus is the kind of guy who would hold the Mr Money In The Bank spot for a long period of time. Cashing in and getting a new perspective ahead of Mania season would make sense, especially if rumours of Rollins going face and winning the Rumble are true.

4. The Emergence Of Sasha Banks

Sasha Banks has managed to impress everyone inside and outside of the WWE with what she did at NXT Takeover Brooklyn with Bayley was spectacular. So we can expect to see even more emphasis on Sasha Banks in the coming months.

Sasha Banks has been one of Triple H's Favourite's for a while now , but now she’s taken it to a whole new level. The match with Bayley is being talked about as WWE’s best match of 2015.

As a result of that, she’s going to get more focus on WWE’s main shows. It could even be a possibility that they turn her face and have her go up for the Divas Title as well.

3. Heavy Use Of John Cena

As John Cena is said to be one of the biggest rating puller for WWE, working full time with wwe and making appearences at all of the WWE. WWE might be looking to be even more John Cena then usual in the next few months. He’s one of the few talents who can help minimise the company’s expected declines in the fall season. That means he’s going to be in even more Raw segments, from the opening, middle and almost certainly the closing segments.

2. Dean Ambrose Vs Roman Reigns

A Face turn for either Ambrose was been teased and rumored for SummerSlam 2015 which did not happen, but that does not mean it wont happen. A Face turn from any of these would come either at the Raw or Hell in a Cell PPV to eventually set up a match at Survivor Series.

The direction for heel turn is absolutely still there, with all the deliberate “Me and Roman are brothers” scripting being done for a purpose.

1. Kane Vs Brock Lesnar

Kane is out of action and absent from WWE shows after lesnar Broke the anchle of Kane at the go gome show of Monday Night Raw for Battleground.

Kane is due to Return Any day now, according to Dave Meltzer on wrestling observer radio last week.

The obvious direction for him, is to go after Brock Lesnar. That’s because it was The Beast who put Kane on the storyline injury shelf. It also makes sense in that Kane is The Undertaker’s brother.

Meltzer noted how WWE scripts started linking Kane and Taker in recent months, pushing the fact they were brothers. In theory, that was done in order to incorporate Kane into the Taker / Lesnar feud.

What would make sense is WWE build towards Kane versus Lesnar at the Madison Square Garden WWE Network special. It would be the filler until WWE are ready to resume the main Undertaker Lesnar narrative.
